IASP Global Day Against Pain & European Week Against Pain

October 17th 2005 marks the IASP Global Day Against Pain and the start of the European Week Against Pain (17-22 October 2005) aiming to raise awareness across the world of the impact of pain. This year's theme is "Pain in Children, with a range of activities planned across the globe.
